STI & SHELL Declare Project a Success & Praise Distributors

Upon the project’s completion both parties unanimously declared it a success in reference to the delegates’ outstanding performance and involvement, as well as the training events’ exceptional logistical organisation and educational value. The key feature of the event was participation of both В2В and В2С forces which, by the judgment of SHELL project leaders’, “proved to be a very good practice”. Another positive fact was a 100% attendance rate of the registered delegates – all middle and senior management cadre of the Distributor companies, and particularly notable were “active participation, total immersion and productivity at both individual and team level” demonstrated by every attendee over the whole course of the event.

Quoting SHELL officials, “… gratefully, STI training programmes are in a totally different league from those performances resembling a one-way informational flash flood that carries you away and threatens to drown. On the contrary, owing to a well-considered programme structure expertly devised by STI project leaders-cum-performers Tatiana Astralenko and Vladimir Belyaev that had provisioned for a dedicated feedback session, the participants had sufficient time to digest, discuss and absorb most of the theory and then put to the test the acquired knowledge, skills, techniques and methodologies in practical assignments. There were just enough role games and everybody’s work in case studies deserves the highest marks. As nominated in the delegate feedback the most interesting modules of the training course related thematically to ‘Leadership Styles‘ and ‘Manager’s Personal Effectiveness’, but the absolute favourite was ‘Behaviour Styles based on DISC Model’ during which the participants received individual printed reports containing the results of pre-training DISC diagnostics they had performed in the format of remote on-line testing.

Both parties to the project have expressed mutual satisfaction by the joint effort and intend to continue close cooperation in corporate personnel training, assessment and development.
